Ten bartenders from across Minnesota are brought together to create and compete to make Vikre Distillery’s Fall Cocktail menu in just three days.
About the project:
Our team are long time fans of our local distillery, Vikre! So when Emily asked us to produce a short reality series in the style of Great British Bake Off and Hell’s Kitchen, we were so in. Over the course of 4 days we produced and shot this mini series incorporating live footage following the participants, interviews, and the preview night as the finale.

Our name, vikre (veek-ruh), means people of the bay. once along the rocky shores of norway, now nestled on the shore of the world’s greatest lake.
